God forbid this happens again because the equipment I was sold is faulty. I've requested a full refund but I've been giving the run around and been threatened that my credit would be affected. I don't feel safe with my grandson getting back on it. The guy tried to start the unit himself and could not. However, this situation could've been a whole lot worst. Luckily for them my grandson wasn't harmed. I'd like this establishment to take responsibility for selling me a piece of junk. He noticed several screws that were improperly placed. I had a family member look at it to try and start it up. I expressed my concerns with ******************** braking down on my little grandson. I spoke with **** (my salesman) and ***** in the finance office. I had to pay someone with a truck to get the unit back to my house. We tried to restart the four ******* several times to try and get it and my grandson back home safely. I brought this brand new so that we wouldn't have any problems with it. This could have resulted in him being seriously harmed. On J******************** broke down while my 10 year old grandson was riding. The unit was delivered to my house the same day off purchase. On JI purchased/ financed a 2022 ************** 90S for my 10 year old grandson.
